The fatty-acid-rich products from the company's patented technologies protect the body's own tissues and enable the body to regenerate tissues.Kerecis seeks a highly motivated Finance Analyst to support the US finance operations functions of the Finance team. Daily responsibilities will include building, processing and distributing scheduled and ad hoc finance operations reports, managing and updating data sets and documentation, and communicating with internal and external clients. The ideal candidate has experience in a similar role with advanced Microsoft excel skills. We seek someone who has exceptional follow-through, time management, and problem-solving skills.The Finance Operations Analyst is a part of the Finance team in the Arlington, Virginia, office and reports directly to the US Finance Manager.Essential FunctionsExecute monthly commission report calculations, processing and distribution for US Sales team.Process and distribute Accounts Receivable reports for management and US sales team.Assist with building, processing and distributing reports for new finance programs and ad hoc analysesCommunicate with internal and external groups to respond to inquiriesAssist in the maintenance and operation Kerecis' CRM and procurement system, records and documents to ensure complete and easily accessible informationCollaborate with Kerecis IT department to improve reporting and distribution processesAssist in preparing Kerecis tax documentsMaintain Kerecis' financial policies and assist in in regulatory filingsHandle miscellaneous tasks as assignedCompetenciesProficient in ExcelPower BI knowledge, preferredAccounting knowledge, preferredInquiry research/responseAbility to work independentlyAbility to prioritize and manage expectations.
