We're now seeking a digital marketing manager to join our collaborative marketing team.SummaryThe email marketing coordinator will support mdg's digital execution for email and website updates and support for key clients. They will be instrumental in supporting the execution of effective digital efforts for our clients. Responsibilities include email design, coordination, coding, list development, testing, and reporting.Key Responsibilities:Mange list strategy with account services team and provide oversight in segmentation, triggers, and automated campaigns.Ensure email lists/segments and preference centers are in place and mapping correctly.Ensure proper tracking is configured in client marketing automation platforms across campaigns to enable proper across channels reporting.Manage testing plan for emails and QA processes of all campaigns to ensure all triggers, tagging, and syncing is configured correctly.Keep track of marketing analytics weekly (open rates, CTR, etc.) and provide monthly client reports and recommendations on optimal send times, data management & all analytics related to email and communicate trends to the team.Proactively provide campaign performance to stakeholders and give recommendations to optimize campaign results.Work collaboratively with members of the account services and digital teams to optimize campaign efforts to meet campaign goals and maximize impact of strategic initiatives.Qualifications:We strongly prefer this position to work out of the Washington DC office, but we are open to this being a remote position.2-4 years of professional experience in association, business, agency and/or marketing related fieldBachelor's degree in business or marketing related fieldProficiency with marketing automation platforms, and extensive experience working with HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, etc.Experience in optimizing campaign landing pages and user funnels for both lead generation and sales conversion.Proficient in marketing analytics platforms including Google Analytics and others that are comparableWorking knowledge of HTML/CSS. Wordpress experience preferred.HubSpot certification preferredExperience in Acquia Campaign Studio preferredExperience with data analysis and familiarity with CRM, AMS or CMSKnowledge of data privacy laws including CAN-SPAM, CCPA, HIPAAUnderstanding email marketing metrics (deliverability, reputation, sender scores, etc)Strong project management and communication skillsProven success in managing complex or concurrent marketing automation campaigns on behalf of 5-10 clients.mdg offers a competitive benefits package including medical, 401k, profit sharing contributions
