Together with the top wireless carriers (Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile/Sprint) and OEM's (Apple, Samsung, LG, Motorola), our expert team of wireless professionals are here to help people connect.Responsibilities:ResponsibilitiesFloater Wireless Sales Representatives provide kiosk coverage within their districts, by traveling to different locations and providing temporary sales support as directed by their District Managers. While on assignment at different locations, the Floater WSR creates an excellent member experience by ensuring every interaction is professional and utilizes the GUESTS methodology. The Floater WSR provides expert product and service selection advice so that Military members and their dependents can purchase products and plans that meet both their family and individual needs. The Floater WSR is responsible for achieving personal sales and service goals, as well as meeting all operational standards and expectations. The Floater WSR must demonstrate the Company Guiding Principles in all interactions with members, employees, and Exchange personnel. Since this is a retail position, the Floater WSR should ideally be available for shifts in the evenings and on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.Sales PerformanceConsistently meets or exceeds sales and performance expectationsConsistently executes the company's GUESTS sales processCustomer ServiceProvides superior, professional customer service to all members.
