This position will be responsible for supporting Fairstead's Legal Team and act as a liaison between our corporate and property management departments. The position will be based in Fairstead's Bethesda, MD office.ResponsibilitiesDraft correspondences and property management documentsTrack ongoing litigation and landlord tenant mattersContract review and drafting including review of Certificate of Insurance.Prepare, in conjunction with related inhouse departments, sales and purchase order forms, and master agreementReview and summarize various agreements, create drafts for vendors, ensure effective and timely execution of all contracts and agreementsRequirementsRequirementsBachelors DegreeMinimum of 2 to 3 years' experience in real estate (management or law)Excellent, organizational, communication, analytical and critical thinking and time management skillsExceptional drafting, proof-reading and communication skillsWillingness to learn and explore new document management technological advances to streamline the contract processAbility to work independently, plan and take initiative to accomplish objectives in a timely manner with minimum supervision in an atmosphere of frequent interruptionsExperience in contract law and property management
