Job Description Plant Controller - Mechanicsville, VA We are looking for a Plant Controller for a client of ours in Mechanicsville, VA. This position requires a site CFO mentality, and will oversee a team of 5. This position will oversee accounting function of the plant including all cost accounting and inventory activities. The ideal candidate will also have a strong analytical background, with the ability to tell the story behind the numbers. The salary for this position is $85-110k based on experience and qualifications. Responsibilities: Oversee all accounting functions of the plant Prepare monthly financial reports Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes Identify key performance metrics Prepare accurate financial statements Oversee the annual budget and forecasts Requirements: Bachelors in Accounting/Finance 7 years of progressive accounting experience in a cost accounting environment CPA or CMA strongly preferred.
