Enter and reconcile all funding and purchases, investigate and report discrepancies Responsible for all aspects of accounts payable, enter invoices, cut checks, vendor management. Investigate reconcile all vendor accounts Resolve all issues resulting in aP&L impact less than $2k or those related to escrows, construction loans and 203k loans Complete and manage all aspects of first payments, payment letters, mailings, recording entries and deposits. Report late payments as necessary. Accounts receivables including recording, collection and reporting of issues Weekly and monthly reconciliation and recordings of Mortgage Held for Resale asset and warehouse lines of credit Daily and monthly cash reconciliation Credit card reconciliation, daily and monthly Reconciliation on appraisal fees and report to management on collection status Reconciliation and recordation of all fixed asset items and related accumulated depreciation Responsible for all cash routine transactions and ability to act autonomously regarding issues with than a $2k impact Deposit and reconcile all proceeds checks received from title after closing Weekly and monthly reconciliation of all VA, FHA and conventional mortgage insurance premiums Collection and maintenance of files related to AP, banking and AR Creation and submission of 1099's and 1098's in addition to maintaining current w-9's from vendors Create, maintain and revise as necessary various accounting policies and procedures Monthly reconciliation of various accounts and expenses (ex.
