Those charged with protecting the United States are not always able to access the evidence needed to prosecute crime and prevent terrorism. The Government has trusted in Peraton to provide the technical ability, tools, and resources to bring criminals to justice. In response to this challenge, we are seeking a End User Support Specialist to provide technical support to the end users of the customer system. Provide technical support to the end users of the customer system. Support may take various forms, including phone conversations, email messages, and in-person interaction. Support functions to the operations and maintenance of the System infrastructure. Provide support to end users who call into the System telephone number. This support will be focused on "first call' resolution, meaning that the End User Support Specialist shall solve the end user's issue without escalation. Create and provide training materials on the usage of the system to end users both in groups and individually. Compile monthly metrics to produce to the government. Work with the operations Engineers and Application Support Engineers to support the operation and maintenance of all components of the System's environment. Support approved modifications to the environment to meet case requirements. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in one of the following areas: Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Sofware Engineering, Computer and Information Security, Compuer Security and/or Network Administration from an accrediteduniversity/college. However, equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of degree. 3 years of relevant experience working in a collaborative end user support environment. Experience interacting with customers both internally and externally of your organization. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to assist the infrastructure team with maintenance of the environment during peak times. A current Top Secret security clearance and the ability to obtain a polygraph.
