Job Description Fannie Mae seeks Principal - Technology Management - Reston, VA Perform data aggregation, data loading, and data migration to ensure data quality and accuracy. Collaborate with internal business partners to perform business analyses, prepare recommendations and business plans, and design solutions for new product ideas. Utilize various business intelligence tools, scripts, and programming languages to aid business in gaining strategic insights. Leverage tools, processes, and procedures to create, manipulate, and manage very large data sets. Define, design, build and enhance analytical and statistical models to extract usable knowledge and generate data driven analytics. Serve as the technical lead for initiatives and projects related to Business Intelligence. Guide and review the work of Business Intelligence development teams to ensure that the goals of the initiatives are met. Transform data into relevant business solutions and communicate findings in a way that influences leadership on decisions impacting organizational or corporate direction. Qualifications Req'd: Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related quantitative field plus at least 5 years of experience in business intelligence and data warehouse architecture. Must include at least 2 years of experience with business intelligence/ETL tools MicroStrategy, Business Objects, and SQL and at least 2 years of experience with financial services industry and data modeling.
