The Helpdesk Systems Administrator provides support for implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT systems; manages IT system infrastructure and any processes related to these systems; provides support to IT systems including: day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for all of the client problems; provides problem identification, diagnosis and resolutions of problems; provides support for the dispatch system and hardware problems and remain involved in the resolution process; provides support for the escalation and communication of status to agency management and internal customers. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required (Five (5) years of SA experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree) Active IAT Level II Certification (ie Security +) Ability to provide support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems Able to provide Tier 1 (Help Desk) problem identification, diagnosis and resolution of problems Ability to learn and/or basic familiarity with working in a ticketing system Active TS/SCI with Poly clearance Preferred Qualifications: Strong communication and organizational skills, ability to provide exceptional customer service Background in Linux is a plus #AJ2021 We are an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
