Next Generation Technology (NGT) is seeking an experienced, business-minded professional to serve as the IT Product Business Analyst in Falls Church, Virginia and reporting to the NGT Director of Operations.This position is responsible for the seamless and transparent operations of our IT business and will serve as the primary liaison between NGT leaders and Business Management. This role will have significant leadership engagement, and interface, collaborate, and coordinate across the organization regardless of role, location, and site. The successful candidate will draw on their strong leadership, business, financial, and analytical skills, as well as the ability to perform in an environment of ambiguity and continuous change.As a technical leader of the Operations team, the selected individual must model the Northrop Grumman leadership behaviors and demonstrate our company values.Responsibilities of the position will include but are not limited to:- Develop and maintain a service cost baseline (incurred and distributed)- Establish an actionable approach for financial performance and forecasting- Establish a functional forecast to include: demand planning and tracking approach; resource planning: staffing, forecasting and tracking- Provide rapid cost impact analysis to facilitate business decisions- Track and maintain financial risk and opportunity- Manage enterprise agreements to ensure maximum value and industry leading terms and agreements- Establish, track and maintain functional and ES level metrics and benchmarking- Support operational requirements for enterprise investment planningBasic Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree and at least 14 years of relevant experience in IT Finance, Enterprise Agreements, business operations, or related responsibilities; Master's degree and at least 12 years of experience; or equivalent combination of experience and education.- Experience providing actionable products in the areas of finance, project and program planning, enterprise agreements, compliance, and/or IT projects, portfolios and systems- Financial experience or education- Experience in managing actionable relationships with DoD, International customers/partners, executive stakeholders and/or cross-functional relationships- Demonstrated leadership experience and skills working with dispersed or matrixed teams and/or customer environmentsPreferred Qualifications:- Demonstrated knowledge of strategic planning and sourcing Enterprise agreements- Experience with mergers and acquisitions- Knowledgeable with indirect cost collection and distribution- Knowledge of government compliance- Effective communication and presentation skills Salary Range: 141400 - 212200 Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
