As the Vantagepoint Systems Administrator, you will direct and coordinate the operation of Deltek Vantagepoint. In this role, you will ensure database integrity and communication meets company standards. This position interacts with all staff levels within the Mason & Hanger business unit. The Work You'll Be Doing: Leads the efforts on introducing new versions and updates; liaison as the primary point of contact with Deltek. Designs, develops and provides enhancements for Deltek Vantagepoint operations. Implements updates and changes to the product. Supports Marketing and Business Development in the creation of inputs and organization of data. Develops standards for data analysis, assists in the development of reports and provides summaries and feedback to management. Provides data validation and ensures data quality. Gains efficiencies by utilizing all areas and functions of the database. Works with Corporate Operations to develop reporting standards and provide summaries and feedback to department Directors and VPs. Creates and/or defines workflow processes and customization of dashboards and reporting. Supports Resource Planning implementation. Provides ongoing customization and support to Project Managers and Market Directors. Documents and develops technical process manuals. Troubleshoots and provides resolution to any issues within Deltek Vantagepoint. Provides Deltek Vantagepoint technical support and training for all staff. Records trainings and develops a library of training videos to supplement the Deltek Learning Zone. What You Need to Bring to the Table: Bachelors Degree in computer science or finance, or equivalent experience. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working with Deltek Vision and/or Vantagepoint. Minimum of 3-5 years Accounting/IT experience. Detailed understanding of Deltek Vantagepoint, including Client Resource Management (CRM) and Resource Planning (RP). Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to effectively work with staff across multiple offices. Experience with an upgrade or a migration, preferred. Must be able to perform the following physical and mental tasks: Visual acuity (eg, needed to prepare and analyze data, to transcribe documents, to view a computer, to read, to inspect objects, to operate machinery. Manual Dexterity (eg picking, pinching, typing, or other working that uses fingers) Grasping (eg use of hand to apply pressure) Hearing Talking Capacity to think, concentrate and focus for long periods of time. Ability to read complex documents in the English language. Capacity to reason and make sound decisions. Ability to write complex documents in the English language.
