Commensurate experience for education. . 4+ years of direct work experience in a business analysis capacity, including all aspects of business process and requirement elicitation, documentation, and testing. 2+ years of working experience as an Agile Business Analyst. Experience analyzing and documenting system capability, conducting requirements gathering sessions and analyzing data to identify issues or questions. Experience providing recommendations to product owners/management. Knowledge of Software Development Agile Frameworks, including Scaled Agile, Scrum, and Kanban. Experience developing requirements documentation such as: User Stories, System Requirements, Use Cases (Gherkin method preferred) and Acceptance Criteria. Understanding of Screen and User Interface designs (wireframes), Front End Test Documentation (Sprint Review), User Guides/Online Help documentation, Release Notes, End User Communication, and Training materials . Expertise in JIRA and Confluence, and IBM Rationale Suite - including ClearQuest. Proficient in Microsoft Suite: Word, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint; and Adobe Online Help Tools Preferred Skills:. 2+ years of professional experience as a Scrum Master. Excellent communication skills (written and oral) with a demonstrated ability to develop presentation materials, lead and facilitate team meetings sessions . Possess exceptional client and stakeholder relationship skills. Ability to manage competing priorities, and continue to meet all deadlines, while remaining flexible with continually changing priorities.
