Responsibilities: Lead and manage the various marketing initiatives and resources that support the growth of assigned industry, service and geography teamsBuild and maintain a collaborative, high performing and engaged team that provides value-added support to assigned practicesAlign objectives and measure performance to demonstrate growth strategies contributions to the practice team goalsCreate and leverage best practices across the team and throughout the firmFacilitate teaming, collaboration and sharing of ideasLead and manage the design, development, implementation and optimization of highly effective marketing strategies and demand generation initiatives that build brand, drive demand and generate growthCollaborate to develop strategic growth plans for each assigned industry, service and geography, including but not limited to:Marketing StrategiesMessaging and positioning developmentContent and asset developmentSponsorships and eventsDemand GenerationIntegrated, multi-channel promotional strategiesCampaign development and executionReporting and analyticsProvide strategic, proactive insights to practice and market leadership in the evaluation and ongoing optimization of marketing-facing activitiesProvide guidance, coaching, and leadership to the marketing team for ongoing career developmentPerform other responsibilities as assignedLead and/or participate in special projects, such as merger integrationsParticipate in and/or champion select taskforces, such as webinar best practicesEnsure effective use of the firms marketing tools, systems, and resources Qualifications: Excellent interpersonal skills; a strategic thinker with superior judgment and strong work ethic who can build relationships and provide effective leadership to a teamExcellent written and verbal communication skills; communicate effectively with all levels of staff from entry level, to partners to firm leadersDemonstrated leadership in applying highly effective marketing strategies, including marketing automation, CRM, social media, online and native advertising, digital marketing and fully integrated, multi-channel campaignsAbility to manage and prioritize projects independently while being able to work well in a highly collaborative team-focused environmentProactive with the ability to work under tight deadlines and be resourceful in addressing challenges and solving problemsStrong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and strong hands-on computer skills, including Microsoft Office SuiteBachelors degree in marketing, communications, business or related field; Masters degree preferred
