White Oak Medical Center seeks to hire an experienced Clinical Administrator, Registered Nurse (RN) for our Nursing Administration department who embraces our mission to extend God's care through the ministry of physical, mental and spiritual healing.

As a Clinical Administrator, you are responsible for managing the day-to-day operations to provide optimal world-class health care experiences to every person every time:
• Promote and support optimal patient care utilizing current policy and procedure
• Develop a plan of care according to patient population
• Mentor students, colleagues and team members in patient-centered care
• Conduct purposeful rounding from patient and family perspective
• Collaboration with the interdisciplinary team

Qualifications include:
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a minimum of an Associate of Science degree required, Bachelor's Degree required, MSN preferred.
• Valid Maryland RN license required
• Active American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) and ACLS certification required
• Five years of experience or related acute care experience, and 2 years Leadership experience required

Work Schedule:

This is a weekend commitment option (WCO) under policy WNU.C-16 stipulates a commitment including a signed letter of agreement to the terms and conditions as follows; Every Weekend Commitment Option (EWCO) Full-time with benefits. This option EWCO-3006 includes an additional night shift for a total of 36 hours per week if desired.
