Job Title: Project Manager (Security Systems experience) Duration: Full Time Location: Washington DC, Salt Lake City, UT, and Memphis, TN . Must be able to pass a background investigation and drug screen Job Requirements: Essential Duties and Responsibilities: . Enable positive, open, timely communication with EPACs team and site personnel . Responsible for providing technical and managerial leadership for the assigned task order sites FICAM upgrade and deployment of new EPACS in an accordance with Program standards to ensure compliance with complex federal and agency mandates . Responsible for supervising daily activities to ensure that all contract requirements are being meet, schedules/affected areas are coordinated with site leadership and ensure a high quality of installation . Participate in daily (short) meetings to discuss scheduled work and any issues that might impact production . Oversees the quality of the installation, present guidance /support for the project team on installation/integration challenges, testing, training, and document preparation efforts . Work under the direction of the FICAM Program Manager and identify deficiencies and propose corrective actions . Leading the on-site project team, ensuring appropriate contract staffing functions are met, managing and tracking project coordination and interfacing with local officials . Lead project effort by outlining, assigning, and coordinating work . Adheres to and ensures that contract and subcontractor staff adhere to all safety standards and requirements . Be on site available during working hours (varies) . Travel to various locations across the continental United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, to perform work, as needed Education and/or Experience: . H ave a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Electrical / Electronic Technology with five years or equivalent experience in the design and implementation of security systems on projects of this scale, with at least two years in a project lead/management role OR have minimum of 10 years work experience in the design and implementation of security systems projects , with at least two years in a project lead/management role . 7- 10 years' experience in the security industry hands on installation, configuration of Physical Access Control System (PACS), FICAM compliance and experience with PKI federal smart card technology Personal Identity Verification Cards (PIV), field system implementation of electronic security systems (ESS). Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: . W orking knowledge of HSPD-12, FIPS 201-2 NIST publication 800-16-3 . A ble pass extensive criminal background check, drug test, and credit check . Physically able to get in narrow spaces, climb ladders/stairs, and carry 50+ lbs.' without assistance . H ave correctable 20/20 vision (glasses or contacts) without colorblindness . Computer literacy; competency in use of all programs within MS Office Suite and aptitude for learning specialized software programs . Have successfully completed GSA mandated federal PACS Vendor certification testing conducted by the Smart Card Alliance known as Certified System Engineer ICAM PACS (CSEIP) certification program. . Able to travel up to 75% of the time . Must be a US citizen
