Client Details Family owned and operated since 1988 who serves the DMV within a collection of diverse Hospitality, Multifamily, commercial projects. They perform Plan & Spec and Design-Build/Assist projects and maintain a growing commercial service and maintenance division. They do 60 Million on average in annual revenue, and are projected to double to over 100M in the next 3 years as they currently have over 100M in backlog that dates out to 2023. Description Ability to manage projects with values anywhere from 50K- 2M+ Ability to work on multiple Projects at once in various stages- 2-5+ at a time You will be reporting to the Director of Project Management Project schedule's anywhere from 2-4 Months+ Profile 5+ years of successful commercial project management experience, preferably in mechanical (HVAC) construction Knowledge of: HVAC construction, including duct work and sheet metal, Commercial plumbing projects, Mechanical equipment, drawings, and specifications Strong computer aptitude and the ability to work digitally including experience with Procore, Microsoft Project / Office Suite, and BlueBeam, or equivalent platforms Construction related Field-Relative experience or a degree (not required) Job Offer Competative Salary All employees to get a discretionary bonus yearly.
