In this role you will have the unique opportunity to work with the HR Executive Networks, consisting of progressive clients from the world's leading companies who serve as advisors to Gartner's HR Practice. You will also be a key player in the HR Practice's ongoing research initiative on working with the CEO/Board/C-suite.What you'll doLearn and execute Gartner's proven methodology for conducting world-class research that helps identify best practice solutions to many of today's biggest human resources challenges.Conduct research interviews and other meetings with C-level executives and use these interactions to drive research deliverables and inform research colleagues of key insights shaping the HR landscape. Partner with internal stakeholders to set compelling agendas for client interactions that will drive valuable feedback to shape Gartner's HR research products, while providing exciting and engaging interactions for clients.Ensure diversity of perspectives on the HR advisory boards Gartner partners with by targeting senior executives with the right role/scope, known brands, and thought leadership to participate; oversee recruitment efforts, including conducting introductory calls for potential new members and encouraging them to attend meetings and other key interactions.Stay abreast of key trends affecting HR and use this knowledge to drive timely and relevant product plans and research strategy to enable HR executives to engage more effectively with CEOs, Boards of Directors and the C-suite.Manage key research deliverables, including but not limited to: presentations and webinars, white papers, case studies, guidebooks, templates, round-table discussions, or custom, in-bound research requests.Serve as a thought partner to senior leadership and help shape the strategy of the team by identifying and driving innovations in line with the goals of the team and Gartner's HR practice.
