At the same time, the ability to perform in a fast-pace environment is critical. Your primary responsibilities will include providing value add analysis and financial guidance to the business; leading and developing a high-performance finance team; leading cross functionally to better connect route to market strategies across GEO's and technology areas.Success in the Role: What are the performance goals over the first 6-12 months you will work toward completing?Demonstrate sound understanding of the Company's technology offerings, customer value proposition of these offerings, as well as competitive differentiation.Define, drive, and implement the organizations financial framework that drives accountability and maximizes performance.Be able to understand and navigate through both key VMware structure and stakeholders as well as those on the Dell side to drive value and process improvement.Lead developing and delivering data and analytics for the DSAT organization supporting ROI analysis, investment prioritization, and incentive programs.Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives.Participate in operations reviews to ensure both short-term and long-term business plans are achieved.Make sound recommendations for improving performance and creating an environment of strong business controls.What type of work will you be doing?
