Description:Essential Job Functions:Assists in the definition of project scope and goals.Champions company wide use of project management software system (Zoho).Serves as a point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy.Communicates with executives to keep the project aligned with their goals.Reports issues related to project completion and assists with roadblocks as necessary.Motivates people involved in projects to complete tasks on time.Identifies ways to streamline and create more efficient processes.Tracks and updates audit findings.Works with department management to ensure audit findings are remediated and tested to prevent future issues.Communicates results of audit reviews to management and reports any recurring trends.Liaison for audits/exams. May act as the primary point of contact for requests for documentation and information by Auditors and Examiners.Reviews request lists and distributes accordingly.Ensures all documentation is presented in an organized and professional manner or in a format required by the requesting party for audits/exams within established deadlines.Assist with business continuity management through collaboration with staff on procedure development and implementation of business processes.. Requirements:Job Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in related field or prior Banking experience.Strong analytical and problem solving skills.Ability to follow upStrong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.Knowledge of various project management methodologiesStrong computer skills with the ability to become proficient in Bank systems.Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.Ability to demonstrate initiative and flexibility/adaptability under tight deadlines.Ability to prioritize and follow through on work assignments.Ability to work in a team environment.Friendly and approachablePhysical Demands/Requirements:The physical demands described below are representative of those that must be met to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
