This role will be focused on helping us transition to modern device provisioning and management technologies as well as providing global technical expertise and design technology solutions for Endpoint Management. This role will be part of Workplace Technology Architecture Team, who are responsible for researching, designing and implementing a variety of emerging computing technologies to enhance, streamline and unify the end user desktop experience.Responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to: Leading the design and execution of the technical implementation of Windows 10 AutopilotModern Management solution using Intune, Azure AD, Office 365 Architecture of Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM)/SCCM environment including Co-Management Creating and and customizing Windows 10 Configuring Device Compliance, Conditional access and endpoint protection policies, Windows Defender, Bitlocker, Windows Hello for Business etc. Training other IT professionals (tier 1 and tier 2) on developed solutions and expected impact. Mentoring new and existing employees on the team's policy and procedures related to Endpoint Management SkillsExperience Experienced in implementing Windows Autopilot Experienced in implementing and managing enterprise configuration management tools such as SCCM, Intune and Endpoint Configuration Manager, Have experience of Microsoft Azure AD, AppProxy. Strong knowledge in Mobile Device Management and Mobile Application Management (MAM); protection and app restrictions on for Outlook and Office mobile apps on various mobile devices Knowledge off Group Policy Objects (GPO), Active Directory (AD) security and compliancy configurations and migrating to Intune CSPADMX templates. Experience in setting up Intune based software distribution, patch management, Windows as Service, driver management processes. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills adaptive to diverse stakeholder groups Ability to thrive a dynamic, global environment, and is comfortable driving forward independently, who can actively prototype and iterate whilst gathering and incorporating feedback from stakeholders#MON-SPG#CB-SPG#IND-SPG
