Role PurposeThe primary purpose of the Executive - Sales Recruiter is to develop partnerships with leadership to effectively recruit candidates for high-priority, enterprise-level sales roles and other executive client-facing opportunities. The Executive - Sales Recruiter has multifaceted responsibilities, including recruiter, talent business partner, and talent subject matter expert.Why Join Us? Key Responsibilities:Talent Business Partner - RelationshipsPartners with various leadership levels within the company from Sr. Manager to C-Level. Works with leadership to effectively pipeline, source, qualify, and close candidates to high-level, hard-to-fill opportunities.Drives highly collaborative requisition intake sessions with hiring managers. Ensures hiring rationales are aligned to group and company needs. Sets expectations based on previous searches, industry/geography/job market, and data-driven labor supply/candidate availability. Maintains communication with key stakeholders throughout the hiring cycle.Consults with HR Business Partners and Resource Managers to gain understanding of internal hiring dynamics and priorities. Fosters an atmosphere of collaboration and teamwork across all relevant internal stakeholders. Acts as liaison within leadership hiring teams, human resources, resource management teams, as well as a domestic and global talent acquisition teams. Cultivates a positive recruiting experience for candidates and successful partnerships with internal stakeholders.Full Cycle RecruitingAligns job descriptions to hiring needs of key stakeholders to effectively qualify candidates. Leverages multiple recruiting sources, strategies, and techniques to identify and engage active and passive candidates to fill current openings and help build a strong network - talent pool of candidates for future openings. Qualifies candidate prospects through multiple channels including email, social media, audio and video conferencing. Assesses ineffective strategies in real time and recalibrates recruiting approach with leadership facilitation. Oversees the interviewing process and ensures timely stakeholder feedback. Coordinates closely with hiring teams and interview coordination team to guide candidates through the interview process.Tracks, updates, and reports ongoing recruiting activities through ATS, spreadsheets, etc. Ensures data integrity in various TA, HR, and business reporting metrics.Negotiates offer terms and supervises approval process. Extends offers to candidates, coordinating closely with Career Advocates, Resource Management, and HR Business Partners. Drives talent best practices. Updates strategy and process as needed to increase efficiency.Talent Business Partner - Subject Matter ExpertFunctions as an in-house talent consultant and subject matter experience in talent strategy, process, and execution. Maintains and expands knowledge of the industry landscape to maximize opportunities and mitigate hiring risks. Understands market positioning and brand value to drive an engaging candidate proposal. Provides a compelling "role/company pitch" when recruiting top passive talent. Experience: Five plus years of full cycle recruiting experience. Significant experience recruiting for high-level sales and other client-facing executive roles, ideally gained in a fast-paced environment. Hybrid background in both corporate / talent acquisition and agency (fee-based) recruiting environments preferred. Or alternatively, five plus years' experience on client/industry side in Digital Marketing Agency, Media, Integrated - Multichannel Marketing, Data - Analytics, Advertising, and/or Information Technology - with a strong interest in recruiting. Four year college degree (BA/BS) required. Master's Degree preferred.Experience with direct sourcing, qualifying, and closing top talent in high-priority, hard-to-fill roles. Successful history recruiting a combination of passive, active, and referral candidates using a variety of resources including active networking, referrals, LinkedIn, social media, targeted direct recruitment campaigns, and job postings. Experience negotiating and closing offers with various components including base, commission, and/or bonus/incentives. Understands sales terminology including quota, "at plan," and commission verbiage.Experience executing diversity, equity, and inclusion recruiting strategies is highly valued.Successful history partnering with all leadership levels, through C-Level. Effective communication and persuasiveness skills. Ability to persuade with influence (rather than direct authority). Possesses poise, confidence, and decisive presence to be able to effectively partner with executives, vendors, and clients at all levels and various leadership styles.Ability to manage and prioritize a complex and diverse workload, utilizing intelligent business and recruiting practices, and delivering high quality results in a timely manner. Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and time management - prioritization skills are required.Flexible work style who is able to adapt and respond quickly to changing priorities and deadlines with a high sense of urgency.Passion for recruiting and multichannel marketing is crucial. Experience in Digital Marketing Agency, Media, Integrated - Multichannel Marketing, Data - Analytics, Advertising, and/or Information Technology industry would be a plus.
