Develop a platform to manage and optimize web search ads data across multiple web search engines for both global advertisers and Japanese advertisers. . Build machine learning models using deep neural network, logistic regression, or decision trees to classify queries, generate ads or construct keywords. . Data mining on ads and user activity data, and analysis of ads performance data. . Build models to optimize ads performance. Responsibilities: . Design and build large system with high scalability, high availability, and high security . Work with platform team, security team and other teams that provide various hosted services to determine the best use of their services . Design and develop RESTful Java web service and web application . Analyze, design and implement critical parts or very complex logics of the system . Analyze performance issues and propose solutions . Ensure the high quality of the system . Guide junior level engineers Qualifications: . BS, MS or PhD in Computer Science or related field . 8 years of directly related experience of software development and design of large systems as architect . Deep understanding of algorithms, data structures, distributed systems, database systems, concurrent programming, network, scalability, and high availability . Strong programming proficiency with Java, C++, Python, JavaScript, and object-oriented programming . Experience with design and development of RESTful Java web service using framework such as Spring Boot with Undertow or Jersey . Experience with DBMS such as MySQL, Oracle, or Redis . Experience with container technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes . Experience with Amazon AWS . Strong technical, analytical and communication skills . Strong problem-solving skills .
