We are looking for a smart, thoughtful, and well-trained Primary Care Physician who will provide comprehensive and compassionate care to our patients. The ideal candidate is organized, collaborative, and proactive in their approach to both clinical and administrative work. They are a thoughtful individual who is eager to build their panel of members and genuinely wants to see their patients improve, in both the short and long term. The ideal candidate is adaptive to change and proactive in problem-solving and innovating.What you'll do:* See patients via telemedicine using a technology platform of your choosing.* Design your ideal schedule, from 8 hours a week up to 40 hours a week.* Provide excellent, personalized patient care according to the best evidence-based medical guidelines * Work with a collegial care team including NPs and PAs to transfer care to in-person visits as needed* Oversee medical staff (including Medical Assistants) and assign appropriate aspects of care accordingly* Provide mentoring to clinical staff on an as-needed basis* Complete online charts in an accurate manner* Represent Westside Family Medicine in the local and broader communityWhat you'll need:* MD/DO license (certified in internal medicine, family medicine, or other primary care fields)* Track record of providing excellent primary care either via telemedicine or in-person* New graduates may apply, though 6 months post residency experience is preferred* Strong organizational skills and an attention to detail* Passion for your personal health and wellness and that of othersNot required, but it would be great if you also have:* Licensed in, NY, NJ, PA, and/or CT* DEA license* Start date within 4 weeks of accepted offer.Benefits:* Competitive compensation package* Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance* Flexible work environment* Generous 4+ weeks of paid time off, prorated to full-time equivalentAt Westside Family Medicine we are proud to be an equal opportunity workplace.
