Thoughtfulness -We go above and beyond for our guests, our teams and communities.The Role:The Manager of Digital and Off-Premises Strategy is responsible for driving growth through technology to elevate the end-to-end guest experience.This role is responsible for defining the strategy, leading the execution of strategic initiatives and channels like curbside pick-up and delivery to provide a frictionless customer experience that drives business growth.The ideal candidate will have served in a leadership or consultative role that created growth for a business line. Experience with eCommerce, category management, marketing, and innovation is critical for success. In addition, candidates should have outstanding collaboration skills, excellent relationship skills, a positive attitude in the face of adversity, good judgment, and an ability to deal with ambiguity. The candidate will work with diverse functional groups, influence others, and adapt as business priorities and direction shift. Customer-first thinking, technical and quantitative skills, solid attention to detail, and a burning desire to win are the keys to success in this role.What You'll Do: Establish, monitor, and maintain cross-functional communication laterally and with the Executive Leadership Team on how off-premises priorities, as well as how key metrics are performing and proactively identify opportunities for improvement Lead the execution of key digital initiatives Orchestrate an increase of CAVA's market presence on app-based delivery services to secure CAVA as the Mediterranean culinary authority Manage the growth of delivery on CAVA's e-commerce platform Oversee issue resolution for partners as issues arise Manage the customer experience for curbside and pick-up channels Manage contract negotiations with current partners and potential new partners Managing the definition and sizing of new opportunities Develop customer and competitive insights to inform strategic roadmaps to grow sales Monitor partner performance and evaluate opportunities for improvement Anticipate upstream and downstream impacts of projects and work with internal business groups to adjust business tools and practices to support new features & functionality.
