LPI is seeking an Attorney Recruiting Assistant to join the team of one of our clients, a well known international law firm in Washington, DC Essential functions of this role include inputting all resumes into the recruiting database; assisting the Coordinator and Manager in general response letters, copying, mailing and filing for all letters in conjunction with a copy of resume; generating call back, no call back, offer and no offer letters for candidates; assisting with logistics for lateral candidate interviews, internal meetings, the summer program, and on-campus meetings; overseeing annual off-site file transfer and more! The ideal applicant will have a bachelor's degree and at least two years of administrative and office experience. The stellar applicant will have excellent computer skills, be personable, excellent attention to detail. Prior recruiting and/or law firm experience highly preferred.
