Here, you will help lead our industry forward and make your career.Job DescriptionWorkforce Modeling Analyst - Fannie Mae, Washington, DCExtract, analyze, and organize workforce data aligned to the workforce planning methodology and model, support the development and management of HR Reports Library, and create and deliver custom and ad hoc reports using people and places data. Consult with business stakeholders and gather business requirements to design, develop, and deliver interactive data visualizations or reports using business intelligence tools. Utilize various business intelligence tools to manipulate and manage data, and create scheduled and ad-hoc reports and dashboards.
