Job Summary/Company: Sparks Group has partnered with a fast growing tech company that is looking to add a Total Rewards Specialist to their growing HR department. This person will support a team whose primary focus will be on employee needs, incentive management, leaves, health, HAS, dental, vision and other wellness benefits. Employees should bring at least 2 years of experience in a similar role as well as a knowledge of benefits, compensation and HRIS.

This is a fully remote opportunity with a company that boasts a unique and revered culture. Candidates must be willing to work EST hours and feel comfortable in a fast paced, start up environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the creation of new policies and other SOPs
  • Support Total Rewards Department with benefits and compensation reporting and auditing
  • Maintain company directories and other reports as required
  • Track, change and maintain employee benefits/policy changes in UKG/HRIS as needed
  • Support compensation department with audits
  • Provide communication in regards to wellness initiatives
  • Support HR benefits and compensation department in an administrative capacity as required
  • Maintain employee incentive and stock options in HRIS


Qualifications/Background Profile:

  • Undergrad degree In HR, Finance or Accounting
  • At least 2 years previous experience working in HR, Benefits Administration or Compensation
  • Experience with HRIS, UKG, Workday
  • Highly skilled in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables) and MS Office Suite
  • Sense of urgency and proactive approach to work
  • Willingness to work in a fast paced environment and capable of taking on a robust workload
