Job Summary/Company: Sparks Group has partnered with a membership association seeking an HR Manager to support their DC office. If you are a sharp and seasoned HR professional, with a strong background in recruiting among other areas of HR, with the ability to handle a fast-paced environment, apply now!

Vaccination against COVID-19 is required for this position.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for full cycle recruiting for Director and Management-level roles including identifying areas for improvement in recruiting processes
  • Partner with hiring managers to set recruiting strategies
  • Maintain applicant tracking system
  • Oversee onboarding process, prepare materials, conduct orientation and coordinate new hire trainings
  • Partner with Director of Talent Acquisition to develop and facilitate learning through onboarding, benefits and performance management
  • Conduct open enrollment including providing materials and record management
  • Maintain HRIS and range of personnel documentation


Qualifications/Background Profile:

  • Minimum 5 years' HR management experience
  • Min 3 years of exempt-level recruiting
  • Proficient with ADP, ApplicantStack, or similar HRIS and ATS
  • Ability to manage multiple projects
  • Superb communication skills and customer relationship management
  • Professional maturity and judgement
