Adventist Healthcare Shady Grove Medical Center seeks to hire an experienced Customer Service Representative who will embrace our mission to extend God's care through the ministry of physical, mental and spiritual healing.

As a Customer Service Representative you will:
• Welcomes visitors with a smile
• Directing them appropriately with a positive customer service behavior.
• Effectively answers and directs phone calls in a polite and friendly manner.
• Providing extraordinary customer service to visitors, according to their
request, on the phone and in person.
• Locating inpatients on the Patient Locator computer and creating a visitors ID
badge for entry into approved locations.
• Additionally, providing directions, to various locations, throughout the hospital
as needed.

Qualified candidates will possess:
• Graduate with high school diploma or GED
• One year of strong customer service experience

Every Saturday 8am-430pm, and every other Sunday 8am-430pm

Those testing positive are given the opportunity to re-apply in 90 days, if they can truthfully attest that they have not used any nicotine products in the past ninety (90) days and successfully pass follow-up testing.
