Human Resources Assistant Job Responsibilities: Supports human resources processes by administering tests, scheduling appointments, conducting orientation, maintaining records and information. Can work with paper files as well as electronic files. Schedules interviews and follow-up with candidates. Completes all background and onboarding paperwork and welcomes new employees to the organization by conducting orientation. Provides payroll information by collecting time and attendance records. Submits employee data reports by assembling, preparing, and analyzing data. Maintains employee information by entering and updating employment and status-change data. Provides secretarial support by entering, formatting, and printing information. Effectively communicates with departments to keep employee files up to date - including offboarding Answers the telephone, relays messages, and maintains equipment and supplies. Maintains employee confidence and protects operations by keeping human resource information confidential. Maintains and Administers employee benefits. Preferred Qualifications / Skills: Maintain paper employee files Experience with multi-lingual employee communications Recruiting for Construction Company Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements: Bachelors in related field 3-6 years of experience in human resource roles Familiarity with Microsoft office software a plus Download the Sparks Group Jobs mobile app from Apple App Store or Google Play .
