Synerfac is seeking a Human Resource Assistant for our client in Hyattsville, MD. Established in 2000, our client is now one of the largest wholesale bakeries that serves a wide range of customers in the DC metro area. Responsibilities: ~ Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives ~ Compile and update employee records ~ Control and communicate communications between managers and IT vendors ~ Perform general administrative tasks including word processing, photocopying, spreadsheets ~ Assist with employee benefit programs ~ Organize and schedule appointments ~ Plan meetings and take detailed minutes Requirements: ~ Minimum 2 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant in an office setting ~ Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint) ~ Minimum Associates Degree Job Requirements: Requirements: ~ Minimum 2 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant in an office setting ~ Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint) ~ Minimum Associates Degree
