Adecco is currently recruiting for an HR Recruiter for a client located Tysons, VA. This position pays $39.15/hr. Job responsibilities include but are not limited to: This Sourcer will focus on diversity sourcing efforts for 5 of our campus full time and intern programs (Commercial, Design, Finance, HR, and Management). They will work with 5 recruiters to Identify candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience thought the process. They will also serve as the liaison between our team and the Campus Diversity and Early Engagement Team, ensuring that high potential talent from HBCUs/HSIs and national partnership events are included in recruiting efforts for enterprise programs. Key Skills: Strong communication (working with multiple stakeholders, recruiters, teams, and candidates) Customer focus, specifically with candidates Ability to handle high volume of work Strong Attention to detail Exceptional organizational skills (candidate tracking, data management) Ability to recruit for multiple tracks at once Teamwork Preferred Qualifications: Past sourcing experience (diversity focused a plus) Experience working with campus talent Experience working with multiple stakeholders/business partners Why work for Adecco?
