POSITION OVERVIEW We're looking for an Integration Engineer to be responsible for the planning, design, and implementation of the integration process between Redjacks product and various ITSMs, endpoint security, SIEM, next generation firewall, and cloud vendors. This person will design, develop, and implement application solutions across the enterprise. The Integration Engineer will evaluate existing components or systems to determine integration requirements and to ensure final solutions meet organizational needs. Your Job Install, configure and maintain various endpoint security, SIEM, next generation firewall devices, and cloud infrastructure as identified by product management for integration into the Redjack product. Effectively communicate between the engineering team, customers, and management to ensure successful integration and completion of projects. Define system specifications, input/output processes, and hardware or software compatibility. Extend technical support during preparation, installation and system maintenance. Create professional technical documentations and present for internal and external use. Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and other network and system problems. Work with various vendors for the installation, configuration and troubleshooting during installation or integration of the platform. Analyze, install, acquire, modify and support operating systems, database or utilities software. What were looking for to start: 7+ years of engineering experience showcasing increase in scope and responsibilities Bachelors degree in an Information Systems, Technology or related field of study. Strong understanding of networking essentials and strong analytical skills. Ability to think through problems and visualize solutions. Ability to quickly learn new or unfamiliar technology & products using documentation and internet resources. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with high attention to detail. Excellent debugging and analytical reasoning skills and ability to work independently. Experience with one or more IT Service Management Tools (ServiceNow, BMC, SolarWinds) Experience with one or more endpoint security products (Crowdstrike, Tanium, Carbon Black, ForeScout). Experience with one or more next generation firewall products (Palo Alto, Juniper, Check Point). Familiarity with network management in various cloud service platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Previous experience with network logs and sensors (hardware or virtual).
