Luck Stone, Leesburg Plant is currently seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator who will, under close supervision, perform a variety of tasks involved with the extraction, crushing, conveying, inventory and service of aggregate stone products, facilities and associated machinery while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.Ideal individual will have previous experience safely operating heavy equipment.Duties include:Pre-shift and post shift inspection of vehicleIdentifying and reporting rode, high wall and equipment issuesOperating heavy equipment utilizing proper loading and/or dumping techniquesWillingness to assist with general plant maintenance/project activities when needed: change screens, change crusher liners, drive water truck when needed.Participate in trainings and meetings as directed.Ideal candidates will be highly motivated, flexible and has previously worked in a team environment. Mining experience or large construction site experience a plus.Competitive hourly pay (biweekly).
