Human Resources Coordinator
Incredible Human Resources Coordinator opportunity available in an organization located in Columbia, MD! You will be responsible for implementing HR processes, providing administrative support, and assist with employee relations and benefits. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity that will allow individuals to develop new skills and add value to the company. Responsibilities: Lead hiring process including recruiting, screening, interviewing, and managing onboarding paperwork. Utilize Human Resource Information System (HRIS) to update and maintain employee files. Provide benefits and payroll support to include managing benefits plans, answering benefits inquiries, and communicating with insurance providers. Assist with performance management policies and organizing performance reviews. Perform evaluations of HR processes to identify areas of improvement and develop solutions. Qualifications: 3+ years of Human Resources experience. Bachelor's Degree or related education, preferred. Excellent interpersonal skills. MS Office and HRIS knowledge, preferred.
