Job Details // Project manager will be responsible for managing new &pizza shops from project initiation until start of Construction. // Manage Construction project from AOR kick off to turn over. // Implement and apply approved design concepts to individual &pizza shop locations. // Review and coordinate construction drawings with AOR & MEP consultants. // Review and coordinate fabrication drawings at an individual project level. // Review change orders and own the project construction budget. // Procure FF&E at an individual project level. // Manage permit and inspection process per location. // Work closely with Construction Manager to ensure that construction schedule is being met. The Successful Applicant: // 12 years of restaurant or hospitality design & construction experience; 8 years min. as a Project Manager. //Ability to read plans and engineering drawings. //Ability to track project timelines to ensure projects are on track. //Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently. //Have a strong attention to detail and strong organizational skills. //Have Strong knowledge of millwork fabrication. //Computer literate, with experience with AutoCAD, Sketch up, MS Excel, Adobe Acrobat and G-suite.
