Accounts Payable Specialist

The Accounts Payable position places a high emphasis on attention to detail while completing a variety of payables tasks. The hours for this position are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, with occasional overtime as needed. This position is 100% onsite The ideal candidate will possess: High school diploma or equivalent required Additional training in accounting preferred 3-5 years of experience in high-volume accounts payable role Experience processing invoices against purchase orders Experience in a multi-location environment strongly preferred MUST be a team player as you will work with many departments within the organization Ability to multi-task and adjust priorities as needed High degree of professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, high attention to detail and accuracy We are an equal opportunity employer and make hiring decisions based on merit.
