Skills: -Candidate will be responsible for leading other specific HR responsibilities and providing general HR support to employees. . Administers the employee benefits programs and operates as the primary administrative contact with all the benefit carriers. . Serves as the lead liaison with the benefits broker. . Leads the annual open enrollment; meets with employees to explain DWB's benefit program; performs benefit audits when needed; and ensures benefit compliance. . Coordinates health, life and disability insurance enrollments and communicates with service providers concerning routine administration of programs. . Processes benefits applications and maintains employee benefits in Paylocity - the HRIS . Provides support to employees on HR matters and ensures confidentiality of personnel information. Job Requirements: Education/Training Bachelor's degree in applicable field or can substitute experience for the degree Minimum: 4 to 6 years of related HR experience.
