No matter the distance, we stay united through our people-first culture built on curiosity, positivity, and collaboration.What you'll doImprove market share within your territory via in-store visits, industry events, and other key sales activitiesDevelop a strategy and business plan for your territory to meet organizational, team, and individual objectivesAssess florist partner needs and recommend solutions from our line of products and services, including e-commerce tools, point of sale technology, online marketing, and moreCollaborate cross-functionally on territory-specific sales planning and initiativesRequirementsA growth mindset along with a genuine passion for sales5+ years of sales experience in B2B sales, field sales, or small business salesExcellent presentation and communication skills both in-person and onlineTechnologically savvy and able to leverage resources such as Salesforce, Salesloft, GSuite, and DocusignA willingness to travel up to 50% to visit prospective and current partnersNice-to-havesSales experience in a software/SaaS environmentFluency in Spanish and/or FrenchBenefitsA competitive base salary with OTE compensation22 PTO-use them however you want! 12 paid holidaysComprehensive benefits, including health, dental, and vision401k with guaranteed 3% salary contributionOngoing growth and development opportunities, plus a 25% tuition discount at Marist College (including online programs)
