Opening for a degreed Electrical Design Engineer with nuclear power plant experience. Compensation negotiable. Contract assignment 6 months- 1 year with potential for extension. Can work from one of the following locations (per diem provided) or remotely:Naperville, ILAtlanta, GARidgeland, MSOr any Entergy Nuclear plant locationWill support various upgrade projects at commercial nuclear power plants (ANO, Waterford, Oconee, Browns Ferry, Oconee). Projects may include things such as turbine control upgrades, excitation replacement, cyber security upgrades, loose parts monitory systems, and more.Requirements:B.S. degree in electrical engineering2+ years current experience as a design engineer for nuclear power plant projectsExperience with 120V and up, electrical system design, protective device design and calculations, and/or transformer design.Basic computer knowledge of Microsoft Office, CAD Software, and Electrical system design softwareCandidates must be legally authorized to work permanently (ie without time limitations, without restrictions and without the need for work sponsorship) in the US
