You are responsible for Designing and developing software on the windows platform and in the cloud Operating within a scrum team to implement features and user stories efficiently and with high quality Collaborating in product design sessions, software development and mentoring the growth of other team members Shifting engineering and operations practices left, to occur earlier in the pipeline Driving technical discussion and technical reviews You are a part of A company comprised of the best and brightest people working to improve the lives of 3 billion people a year by 2030. To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience Bachelors or Master's degree is a plus, equivalent experience is required 7+ years of hands on software development experience, within a global company is a plus 3+ years in a technical or team leadership role, driving technical discussion and technical reviews Strong experience in C# is preferred, strengths in other OOP languages will be considered Experience with Microsoft SQL Server Platform Windows application development (WPF or WinForms) Web development (Javascript, Angular, Node, etc.) Test automation practices such as TDD or BDD A continuous improvement mindset, with a passion towards making the development process more efficient Working knowledge of cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, Docker, etc.) is preferred Demonstratable experience working with large scale microservices architecture is preferred In return, we offer you A path toward your most rewarding career.
