Job Summary: 
We are seeking a Data Visualization Specialist to be part of our reporting and analysis team that includes social scientists, epidemiologists, data scientists, and statisticians. You will contribute to scientific discovery by designing engaging graphs and charts that provide visual insight into health data trends.

Job Responsibilities:
•    Provide data visualization and analytic support to a variety of health research teams. 
•    Work with reporting technologies to develop and communicate analysis output through reports and interactive dashboards for both technical and non-technical users. 
•    Collaborate with domain experts to gather requirements and develop analysis and visualization plans including recommendations for KPIs. 
•    Assist with developing ETL processes to extract data from multiple sources. 
•    Prepare data for analysis. 

Basic Qualifications:
•    A Bachelor's degree, preferably in technology, mathematics, statistics, or other quantitative discipline. 
•    2 years' experience using business intelligence tools such as PowerBI, Excel, Qlik Sense, or Tableau. 

Minimum Qualifications:
•    Proficient programming skills using languages like Python, R or SQL to access, clean, and transform data to support reporting and analysis. 
•    Strong data exploratory skills.
•    Excellent communication skills. 

Preferred Qualifications:
•    Working knowledge of cloud technologies and services
•    Experience working with health data
•    Experience working with R Shiny
•    Understanding of data architecture and structures, including relational databases.
