Job Summary/Company: Sparks Group has partnered with a tech company that is looking for energetic Team Leads to provide supervisory support to their customer support representatives. These Leads will be responsible for providing coaching, counseling and performance management over a group of 10-15 representatives. Ideal candidates will bring previous management experience with them as well as a passion for delivering unparalleled customer service.   • Manage the daily activities of a team of 10-15 customer support representatives
  • Ensure coverage, take on escalations and act as a subject matter expert with any critical support needs
  • Deliver feedback and mentor customer support representatives
  • Assist in the development of top performers as well as managing expectations for underperformers

Qualifications/Background Profile:
  • At least 1 year experience in people management
  • Prior experience in a customer support related role and demonstrated ability to handle complex customer issues (call center, hospitality, retail, food & beverage)
  • Ability to evaluate performance and provide direction when needed
  • Must be capable of working in a fast-paced environment and shift priorities as necessary
  • Must be willing to work out of the office on a regular basis
