We are looking for Remote Customer Service Specialists to work from home while executing our Summit Racing Core Values. You must be a resident of Texas to apply.Pay: Starting base rate is $15.50 with potential to earn up to $17.50 based upon automotive knowledge/educationSchedule & Training: Full time, 2nd Shift Position: Mon-Fri either 1:30pm-10pm OR 2:45pm-11:15pm depending upon business needs. There will be 7 weeks of paid, remote on-the-job training that will be scheduled 12:30pm-9:00pm. Once out of training program, overtime will be required during peak times. Duties to be performed:Provide customer service to our customers via Talkdesk desktop application. All calls are inbound. Calls will consist of the following or more: shipping, returns, warranties, damaged or missing parts, refunds and package tracking.Answer calls in an upbeat, professional manner with customer satisfaction as the number one objective.Other duties to be assigned as needed.Skills and Abilities Needed:Possess excellent communication skills, basic customer service skills, and be able to interact and communicate well with others.Have strong initiative and motivation to succeed.Ability to recognize customer needs and troubleshoot any issues using all tools at their disposal.Possess or have a sincere desire to learn some minor technical details about vehicle systems.Ability to multitask, coordinate, and manage time effectively while maintaining professionalism with customers and co-workers.Ability to follow instructions and respond to leadership direction, meet previously determined department standards, and strive to increase both personal and team production.Experience/Education Required:Candidate must have a High School diploma or possess a GED equivalent; college, phone, and customer service experience are a plus.Proficient with Computers and other desktop applications.ASE Certifications preferredAutomotive knowledge, at least 2 years' experience in the automotive field
