Adventist Healthcare White Oak Pavilion seeks to hire an experienced Executive Assistant ll who will embrace our mission to extend God's care through the ministry of physical, mental and spiritual healing.

As an Executive Assistant ll you will:
• Provide administrative support for the Philanthropy team, including the VP of
Experience Transformation, AVP of Philanthropy and Donor Relations, and the
White Oak Medical Center Director of Philanthropy and Donor Relations
• Be responsible for submitting expenses, managing multiple calendars, and
scheduling complex meetings with internal team members, donors and
community partners
• Be responsible for coordinating IT requests, Invoices, Contracts and other
internal processes, as needed
• Assist with coordinating and facilitating outreach in the community, including
the annual golf tournament, small to mid-size stewardship events and other
community engagements, as appropriate.
• Create PowerPoint presentations and other materials for internal and external
meetings or events
• Create and edit communications for internal and external use, including
meeting minutes and general correspondence.
• Perform a wide variety of administrative functions including but not limited to coordinating committee meetings, preparing letters/correspondence, reports, and meeting minutes, scheduling meetings

Qualified Candidates will possess:
•High School Diploma or GED required
•Associates degree preferred
•Minimum of 2 years' work experience in an office setting required
•Proficient in PC skills such as the Windows work environment, the internet and using e-mail programs such as Microsoft Outlook
•Proficient in Microsoft Office skills, including and especially Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•Excellent attention to detail
•Proficient with standard office equipment (i.e. fax, copier, computer)
•Ability to establish positive working relationships internally and externally
•Strong organizational skills
-Strong customer service skills especially when speaking on the telephone

Work Schedule:
Will work primarily Monday through Friday with occasional weekends as needed.
