Job Summary/Company: Sparks Group has partnered with a leader in home security in their search for a well rounded and experienced Lead Recruiter. In this role, you will build and execute an inbound applicant flow strategy, build pipelines for various business units including Accounting, Executive, Customer Operations, Customer Service Call Centers, Finance, Sales and Technology. Our client will need you to analyze trends and inform business leaders and stakeholders of your findings as well as execute a strategy to reduce time to fill and lower the cost of hiring. Experience in talent acquisition strategy and full cycle recruitment is a must, and high volume recruiting experience is vital!
  • Proven ability to manage 20-30 requisitions while successfully balancing quality and time to fill
  • Assist with the development of Talent Brand activities related to candidate experience and attraction high quality talent by setting appropriate expectations, consistently following up w/ status updates through multiple communication channels, and genuinely trying to act in the best interest of the candidate
  • Develop and sustain efficient processes utilizing the ATS to ensure transparency
  • Build effective partnership with Hiring Managers to understand their organization, roles, and long-term vision as it relates to Talent
  • Partner effectively with HR Business Partners to impact the full lifecycle of the employee experience by understanding business needs and objectives
  • Build relationships and partner across the Talent organization to accomplish goals that increase quality of hire, retention, engagement, and productivity within the company
Background Profile:
• 4+ years of Recruiting and/or HR experience
• Experience recruiting for candidates across a wide range of skill sets including: Technical, Sales, Accounting, Executive, Customer Operations, Finance
• Experience building, coaching and managing a recruiting team
• Experience managing large dispersed recruiting/sourcing teams
• Experience working with recruiting tools and systems, including resume databases, job boards, Applicant Tracking Systems, internet sourcing tools, and spreadsheets

Preferred Qualifications
• Organized and pragmatic; thrives in a results-oriented environment
• Skilled at partnering with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage customer/partner expectations through a deep understanding of ROI
• Experience creating, measuring and scaling workflow between candidates, hiring managers and the recruiting team
• Project/Program Management Experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
