Job Summary/Company: Sparks Group has partnered with a commercial insurance brokerage seeking a Licensed CSR. If you are customer focused, bring experience in commercial insurance, and have an active P&C license, apply now!

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare business proposals and complete commercial applications
  • Submit applications and obtain necessary signatures, follow up for timely receipt of policies and quotes
  • Assist clients by producing commercial binders, certificates, policies, endorsements, etc
  • Assist with determining coverage choices and prepare summaries of insurance, schedule, and proposals
  • Handle renewal activities including account reviews, sending out renewal letter, updating accounts, and loss runs requested
  • Renew commercial policies according to agency standards, verifying accuracy and processing
  • Review policy audits and facilitate corrections as needed
  • Maintain client files in agency management system
  • Prospect client leads provided by agency

Qualifications/Background Profile:
  • P&C License required
  • Experience with Commercial Insurance servicing
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Prior experience with or ability to learn Hawksoft Agency Management System
  • Detail oriented, and proficient with technology including client management systems, google suite, MS office
