Adventist HealthCare seeks to hire a Director of Creative Services who will embrace our mission to extend God's care through the ministry of physical, mental and spiritual healing. The Director of Creative Services will report directly to the VP of PR-Marketing and leads all creative functions for the Adventist HealthCare corporate headquarters (Support Center) and system-wide brand strategy and initiatives while providing consultation and coordination for entity-based projects.

As a Director of Creative Services you will:
•Brand Identity Management
•Develop and maintain Adventist HealthCare's visual brand identity and guidelines, including the organization's associated logos and various brand standards in coordination with VP for PR- Marketing.
•Oversee the development and maintenance of a visual identity guidebook.
•Ensure that creative approaches across the healthcare system are staying within established brand standards and educate stakeholders regarding brand unity.
•Develop process for requests to expand or deviate from brand standards.
• Creative Project Management
• Manage members of AHC's creative team, assuring successful completion of graphic design, video, animation and other creative projects. Engage in completion of graphic design projects, as needed.
• Analyze design objectives, determine project requirements, develop project management timelines and delegate work effectively.
• Develop and manage a network of freelance contractors in all areas of creative output, including graphic design and layout, video and audio production and animation.
• Develop and maintain an effective requisition/ticketing process for creative project requests.
• Collaborate with internal communication team to achieve innovative solutions to communicate complex information for a quick and clear understanding by combining effective communication concepts and creative best practices.

Qualifications include:
•Bachelor's degree in communication-related field, preferably in graphic design or visual media production.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in the production, direction or management of creative products and services.

Those testing positive are given the opportunity to re-apply in 90 days, if they can truthfully attest that they have not used any nicotine products in the past ninety (90) days and successfully pass follow-up testing.
