Chief of Staff, Technology

This Chief of Staff Office functions in support of the 900+ associates within the Digital organization. Our team partners across divisional Chiefs of Staff, Communications, HR, Finance, Workplace Solutions, Enterprise Supplier Management and our Tech Leadership team to enable our collective organizational goals.



The Digital COS Team is seeking a Senior Manager to help support a tower within Digital. The ideal candidate will have experience developing and executing executive-level events and programs, problem solving and critical thinking ability and exceptional written and verbal communication skills.



Responsible for the facilitation of departmental labor forecasting, leadership management, drive culture, and the development of programs and processes supporting department strategies. Ensures the department sets and manages objectives aligned with COF objectives, Business and Tech OKRs. Interacts with, and influences, senior leaders and stakeholders. Position may include ensuring consistent management of all acquisition integration activities by leading the planning, scheduling, and reporting processes for the department. The ideal candidate will be proactive, create and manage leadership backlogs



Responsibilities:
  • Assist in management of VP's leadership team strategy; including owning agenda for weekly SLT and managing ongoing SLT interactions
  • Facilitation and creation of departmental strategy
  • Provide change management support (including communications) to all aspects of organization
  • Lead horizontal projects, while working closely with key decision makers
  • Provide organizational development/effectiveness consultation with business area leadership on organizational design, processes, and strategic planning



Basic Qualifications:
  • At least 5 years of experience in project management or process management
  • At least 5 years of experience in Communications planning and development
  • At least 3 years experience in project delivery



Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 6+ years of project management experience
  • 5+ years of experience in project delivery
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or Agile Certification
  • 3+ years of experience managing programs
  • Experience managing visible projects which require the ability to manage cross-functional team members, remove obstacles and influence appropriately
  • 6+ years of Communications planning and development, including department communications, leadership team meetings, presentations, memos and reports
