While you start as a Barista, the expectation is that you take every opportunity to train and develop into a leadership role. We are here to invest our time and energy in developing YOU!Baristas generally work 5 shifts a week across a variety of our cafs in DC and Arlington. Starting pay for Barista is $15.50 an hour, with the expectation you train quickly into a leadership role.Qualifications:No coffee experience required. We'll train you in all the coffee skills you need. But you absolutely, 100%, must: Love coffee Were passionate about Real Good Coffee! Its more than just a tagline, it sets the standard for everything we do! Be dependable and teachable We are growing fast, and we're committed to one another. If you can't show up on time, if you don't like working hard, or you aren't interested in learning more about coffee and cafs, this isn't the job for you.
