While you start as a Barista, the expectation is that you take every opportunity to train and develop into a leadership role. We are here to invest our time and energy in developing YOU!Baristas generally work 5 shifts a week across a variety of our cafs in DC and Arlington. Starting pay for Barista is $15.50 an hour, with the expectation you train quickly into a leadership role.Qualifications:No coffee experience required. We'll train you in all the coffee skills you need. But you absolutely, 100%, must: Love coffee Were passionate about Real Good Coffee!
